Ryan was super nice and helpful, answering all my questions and providing me with a litany of information and options before I even mentioned I was interested! He walked me through all the customization options, making sure that the watch was exactly to my liking and that I was satisfied at every step of the way. Once I decided what I wanted, he purchased the materials and sent out my watch in a very timely manner. It was everything I had hoped for and more!
